We are a Structural Drafting and Interior Design company. We do New builds, Remodels, Additions to existing structures, Interior/Exterior Designing, and provide consultations for other clients/businesses ($60.00 consult fee due at appointment time).

With years working in the industry under different capacities, our team of professional builders come together at our Custom Home Builder in order to provide our clients with the building services they need for their home or their office. SERVICES PROVIDED
We use a top of the line CAD program that automatically creates a 3D model. We send daily updates of 3D pictures of their build, usually PDF files via email. This program is also partnered with specific manufacturers (cabinets, appliances, doors, windows, counter tops and flooring) so that styles, finishes and other product-specific design details can be accurately drawn and rendered. Advanced rendering provides both Photo Realistic and Artistic styles, so you will really be able to see your build come to life.
We fine tune the build as they see fit, or if they change their mind about something in the build. All parties (the clients) and 360 Designs sign off for the final set of floor plans. There is no extra charge if at any time my client needs us to change something, it's included in the price of the Structural plans.
My clients come to their meeting with me, for at least an hour consultation. My clients share their ideas and how they see the build. This is crucial for me to start design process and floor plan of their build. We go through what they want for the specs of the build, their style likes/dislikes, and discuss the available build area and setbacks or restrictions of the plot. After this meeting I can start the designing of the floor plan.

Michelle Jensen
Since the age 12, Michelle would have dreams of homes, unique rooms, or neat designs. She would wake up and immediately draw the home & floor plan from her dream; she knew she wanted to design homes & structures at this very young age.
In 2020, the founding of 360 DESIGNS LLC turned this dream into a business reality. Using a top of the line CAD program, Michelle is here to turn your visions into tangible structures.
